1. This is a Christian and smoke free environment. A safe place to relax and release; a no judgement zone.
2. Please refrain from wearing excessive amount of perfume or cologne as it interfere with those with respiratory issues.
3. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME. SHOWING UP SICK, YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED WITH A FEE OF $30 PAID BEFORE RESCHEDULING.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
5. Please be on time for appointment. 15 mins or more late, YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULE WITH A $30 FEE
6. DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN, FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO ANY APPOINTMENTS. YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND A $30 RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
7. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Sezzle, Afterpay, Cashapp Card, Square Invoice & *Credit/Debit Cards are via Square. (3.6% Fee Applied to cards)
8. NO REFUND FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS, YOU WILL BE ALLOWED ONE RESCHEDULE.
9. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES.
10. EXPIRED GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BE HONORED WITH PAID DIFFERENCE.
11. $30 PAID DEPOSIT ON NO CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS AND ONGOING APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE ONLINE. IF YOU'VE MISSED 2 APPOINTMENTS CONSECUTIVELY, YOU'LL NO LONGER BE A CLIENT OF MOMENTUM'S BODY N HAIR, LLC.
12. Booking with Momentum’s Body N Hair, LLC, you understand and agree they reserve the right to take photographs of work or work in progress for advertisement and demonstration.
